1.To enhance the healthcare environment and improve population health, the government is promoting the “Healthy Taiwan Deep Cultivation Program”, which aims to help the healthcare system overcome existing limitations and establish a more resilient and inclusive model of health care. The plan emphasizes strategies such as optimizing working conditions for medical professionals, planning diversified talent training, integrating smart healthcare technologies, and promoting socially responsible and sustainable healthcare, reflecting the national policy vision for the initiative.

2.The related informational materials have been made publicly available in electronic format on the Executive Yuan’s Global Information Network – Healthy Taiwan Deep Cultivation Program (Policy Window).

3.The Ministry of Health and Welfare held a key briefing session for the Healthy Taiwan Deepening Plan proposal on May 14, 2025, and the presentation slides are attached.
